ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF MARKET OF MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS OF UKRAINE AND ITS PROSPECTS

The article analyzes the current state of the market of milk and dairy products. Its role in the formation of the consumer market is determined. Production, sales, and pricing of milk and dairy products are analyzed. The dynamics of cattle population in Ukraine, milk quality, raw material and the volume of its proceeds to the processing for 2007-2016 is investigated. The consumption of milk and dairy products, the dynamics of consumer prices in the market of milk are analyzed, purchase prices for milk-raw materials of all kinds are determined. Cost volume of export of milk and dairy products is defined, and changing the main markets of milk and dairy products of Ukraine in the world for 2007-2016 is investigated. The science-based predictions about the immediate prospects of the dairy market in Ukraine in 2017 are made.
