Abstract

The article analyzes the main factors, technologies for obtaining raw materials and dairy products, and the degree of concentration of production, which affects the value and structure of added value created in dairy product chains. The key factors are systematized, expediency and economic efficiency of introduction of modern technologies in all branches and sectors of dairy production are created in order to create high added value. On the example of different types of farms, the position on the key role of the fodder chain in the formation of value added in dairy farms of industrial type in comparison with family dairy farms has been confirmed.
