System analysis of economic safety of enterprises of the food industry

The article reviews role of food industry. The author also defines mission and strategic food industry are presented in relation to a production ecologically of clean and organic products with producing of such assortment and amount of products, that is vitally necessary to the population of Ukraine. The offered diagnostics of the financial state of food enterprises is from the production of basic types of products with the use function of diagnostics of bankruptcy of Matviyichuk, that allows to see risks and threat to economic security of enterprises of industry. The article presents the possibility of identifying the stage of company financial development with a Franshon-Romanе matrix, and a strategic map in order to increase company value has been developed.

Abstract
