Contemporary realities of development of Ukrainian beet sugar complex

Abstract

The state and the basic problems of Ukrainian sugar beet complex of the agricultural   crisis are studied. Also the prospects for further development of sugar production in Ukraine. Sugar-beet industry is an important component of agriculture and one of the main sources of raw food industry. For its revival in Ukraine is favorable soil and climatic conditions, historical tradition and great experience. It was established that the main ways to improve the economic efficiency of sugar production is to improve quality, reduce production costs and improve distribution channels. For the further development of branch it is necessary to make a series of receptions on optimisation sugar and a sugar beet production and also to improve legislative and is standard-legal settlement of their activity.
