Substantiating means to incline efficiency of poultry production in Ukraine

Abstract

The fundamental task of any state is to ensurethe food security of its population. A key role is played by agriculture. In modern conditions of development of agriculture of Ukraine, leading position to ensure the population of animal protein, necessary for balanced nutrition, poultry production takes as meat and egg directions. That is why the question of economic efficiency of this product is extremely important. In the article theoretical bases determining the economic efficiency of poultry production. The authors analyzed the main factors ensure the economic efficiency of the product and a number of proposals for its improvement in a globalized market and increasing the intensity of competitive relationship, both within the state and abroad.
