NEW STARTER CULTURE «IPROVIT-BIFIDOLUX» IN MEDICAL PRACTICE

Aims. To study the healing effect of the bacterial preparation "Iprovit-Bifidolux" in clinical trials. Methods. The Institute of Food Resources has created a new and promising for the domestic market bacterial preparation "Iprovit-Bifidolux" of high biological activity. Clinical studies were conducted on the basis of Ivano-Frankivsk State Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast and district clinics, Ivano-Frankivsk Children's Clinical Hospital. Results. The expediency and efficiency of using the bacterial preparation "Iprovit-Bifidolux" and its fermented milk beverage for restoration of normal microbiocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract and oral mucosa have been substantiated. The methods of application of "Iprovit-Bifidolux" in the complex treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract on the background of diabetes mellitus, connective tissue diseases, chronic colitis, gastroduodenitis and dental diseases: generalized paradontitis, candidiasis, inflammation of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity have been developed. Conclusions. It has been established that the bacterial preparation "Iprovit-Bifidolux" positively influences the physiological, biochemical and immune reactions of the organism through optimization and stabilization of its microecological status. By biological activity and influence on the human "Iprovit-Bifidolux" is recognized as a functional product. According to clinical trials "Iprovit-Bifidolux" products are recommended for use in disorders of digestion, dysbiosis of various etiologies, normalization of lipid metabolism and lowering of cholesterol levels in the blood.
