ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC FUNDAMENTALS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF DAIRY CATTLE BREEDING UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MARTIAL LAW IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Subject. The subject of the research is the collection of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the formation of the offer on the milk market in the conditions of the introduction of martial law in the country. Purpose. Based on the generalization of the scientists' work, develop practical recommendations for the revival of the dairy industry in the post-war period of reconstruction of the country's economy. Methods. During the research, general scientific and special methods of economic research were used, in particular: systemic approach − when studying the connections between phenomena and processes in the system of ensuring the economic stability of enterprises under martial law; statistical analysis − when determining the dynamics, structure and effectiveness of the development of agricultural enterprises for milk production; dialectical and abstract-logical − for theoretical generalizations and the formation of conclusions; the method of expert assessments − when determining the main factors that affect the economic sustainability of milk producers in wartime. Results. The main factors that influenced the process of adaptation of agricultural enterprises and farms of the population − producers of milk, in the conditions of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine − were established. It has been proven that the further development of the Ukrainian dairy industry will depend on the general world trade and the internal situation in the country. In the post-war recovery of the industry, state social support will play a decisive role. First of all, a model of state support should be developed, which will help focus on: construction and reconstruction of livestock and processing complexes; livestock expansion; creation of opportunities under which enterprises will be able to produce milk in accordance with European sanitary standards. Scope of results. The proposed practical recommendations are intended for farms of the corporate sector of the agrarian economy − milk producers, which will facilitate their activities in conditions of military aggression.
