THEORETICAL BASIS OF STATE REGULATION OF MARKET RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Subject. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the formation of economic thoughts regarding market regulation in the conditions of the economic relations transformation in the country. Purpose. Is to propose authors' approach to the formation of the system of market relations state regulation in Ukraine based on the summarizing of the scientific researches results. Methods.

The following methods of scientific study were used to solve the research tasks: theoretical summarizing, dialectical, historical-logical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction methods, and the method of scientific abstraction. Results. It has been proven that at various stages of the formation and development of the market economy, the scale of state intervention in the system of its functioning has been significantly changing. It is established that the Keynesian approach is based on the assumption that the price level is constant. The actual annual volume of national production corresponds to the income level. We believe that such an approach does not take into account the influence of foreign trade. According to this “income-expenditure” model, the macroeconomic equilibrium occurs when aggregate expenditures are equal to national product. We believe that the functioning of the market is formed through the institutions that characterize the degree of interaction of structures, consumers, regulatory influences on the competitive policy of enterprises, redistribution of created product. Among the main problems of the institutional nature of the development of market conditions in the country's economy, the following can be highlighted: a slow adaptation of market institutions and institutes to economic conditions; an unsatisfactory modification of former and new market institutions; an inconsistency of the market regulation system, of institutions and institutes with traditional economic relations; lack of systematic and comprehensive provision of market development and regulation. Scope of results. The results of the carried out research can be used in the process of developing the system of macroeconomic measures for the development of administrative and territorial entities and the country as a whole.
