CURRENT ISSUES OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION SUPPORT OF STATE AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD POLICY IN UKRAINE IN LINE WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

The subject of research is scientific-theoretical, methodological and applied provisions of the system of informational and analytical support of the state agrarian and food policy. Goal. Identify the main directions and measures to improve the information support of the agricultural sector, agricultural statistics, collection and processing of administrative data for the purposes of state agricultural policy in line with transformation of food systems. Methodology. The study used systematic analysis, synthesis and generalization of information, dialectical scientific knowledge, grouping and specification. Research results. The article presents the results of a study of international practices in the organization of the process of collecting statistical and administrative data, relevant methodological and legislative support. The international recommendations and standards of legal, organizational, financial, institutional bases of collection, processing and usage of agricultural data are generalized. Challenges and priorities for the implementation of best international practices in Ukraine have been identified. Scope of research results. The results of the study are designed for practical implementation within state and regional policies, can be used by specialists of food and processing industries, specialists of relevant authorities, researchers, teachers, graduate students and students of higher education. The obtained results can be used in further research on the problems of information, accounting and analytical support of state and / or regional agricultural and food policy and the development of the agro-industrial complex, including the food industry.
