Abstract

Risks and prospects flour-grinding and groats branches are investigated in the conditions of unstable market medium and astable military and political situation in the country. We have defined a complex of actions for increase the effect of activity for the enterprises of this branch and use direction cereals. Possibilities for augmentation of production export and replacement of import grain products also are analysed.
