Peculiarities of business activity of industrial processing of vegetables and fruits

Abstract

In the article the features of the formation and structuring of industrial processing of fruits and vegetables and optimal territorial structure and modern accommodation tinned vegetables and fruits industries analyzed species structure of production of canned fruits and vegetables, show negative trends in their change. Determined that the current output of tinned vegetables and fruits production can be increased at least 2 times. The entry in this sector is more affordable compared to the grain sector, agriculture, and business more competitive, although the trend toward monopolization amplified. The most affordable should consider investing in the regions mentioned in the article, whose climate and soil and geological conditions have unique opportunities for growing and processing of fruits and vegetables, traditionally engaged in this activity, but during the crisis of the 90-ies of the last century lost power canneries and today did not restore the lost potential. Competitiveness of new business can be ensured only through creation of own raw materials through moodiness. The combination of fruit and vegetable products, processed and transfer to a vertically integrated structure provides a guaranteed amount, quality and delivery schedule of raw materials, high load capacity and raw profitability.
