The paper presents the results of a study changes in production and consumption of raw food resources under the influence of financial and economic crisis in Ukraine. Were identified trends fluctuations living standards of the population and compliance for the social standards of food consumption in the unstable conditions of the national economy. In the article it is emphasized the necessity of providing of the balanced production of agricultural raw material and food products with solvent demand on them and export necessities.
