Prospects for the formation of food resources in the context of the development of agrarian reform

State and directions of development of the agrarian reforms in Ukraine are defined and evaluated. The slow progress of their realization affects the income level of farmers and reduces the economic potential of the state. Only after the agro-economic transformation will be possible exit of Ukraine to the European level for the criteria of performance and ability of the state to equal partnership with the EU.
