Abstract

This article presents an approach to the compilation of the food balance in Ukraine and in the world. Has been formed the structure balance of flour, which includes processed products, as well as developed a forecast balance sheet. Have been suggested the coefficients that to help calculate the amount of the main product, taking intoaccount the details of its individual species. The author has determined the volume of use ofthe flour industry and its consumption by the population, including processed products. We studied the main trends of the flour market. By using the balance method defined volume production market that исключенof statistical reporting.
