Methodical approaches to the risks allocation in the chain of the commodity flow of milk from producer to consumer

In current market conditions and the period ofsocial and economic crisis in Ukraine is particularly acute question the effective functioning of agribusiness and minimize production risks agri-food products. It is well known that it is the riskiness of production and sales of agricultural products is one of the key factors that discourage investors from investing in agriculture of Ukraine. This article focuses on the problems of risksharing between participants goods movement of milk from the producer to the final consumer. The author considers the main risks that arise at this and offered basic techniques minimize these risks.
