Abstract

The modern state of the oil and fat industry in Ukraine. Established that oil and fat industry of Ukraine is a powerful and export in the agricultural sector and is inextricably linked with global trends and dynamics of production of oilseeds, fats consumption. Defined synchronicity fluctuations yield of sunflower seeds, soybeans and rapeseed that ultimately determines the security of the volume of raw materials. Established correlation between the yield of certain types o-f oilseeds. Built-cost commodity structure of foreign trade of oilseeds.
