Abstract

On the basis of the views of economists physiocrats (as supporters of sustainable (social – ecological –economic path of development), and economists – technocrats (as supporters of innovation way of development of society) a model of post-industrial development of agriculture of Ukraine in its noospheric world outlook is proven, as well as doctrinal directions of further agrarian reform on the basis of sustainability and innovativeness are stated, taking into account the institutional provisions of the socio-economic development.
