Development of scientific and technical grounds to use electric-spark processes for treating foodstuffs

The article shows the results of creating new processes of treatment raw materials, halfproducts and food media by electric discharges for improving technological and food properties of this objects, for intensifications of extraction of useful components and more effective use of unrenewable natural resources of Ukraine.
