FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS FOR ACTIVATION OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

The subjects of the research are financial instruments to intensify the innovation and investment activities of food industry enterprises in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to identify financial instruments that can be aimed at intensifying innovation and investment activities of the food industry enterprises. Methods. The methods of system generalization and scientific cognition, dialectical, abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, comparisons, statistical analysis are applied in the article. Results. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current organization and interaction of the state, business and science in the context of intensification of processes of innovation and investment activity of food industry enterprises, as well as substantiation of existing problems of investment support of innovative development. The proposals on the organization of interaction of power structures, business and science, aimed at intensifying the innovation and investment activities of food industry enterprises are substantiated. The tools of budgetary and extra-budgetary financing of innovative activity of food industry enterprises are offered, in particular: constant monitoring of business inquiries for innovative solution of existing problems; launching startups to create elements of innovation infrastructure and their distribution to all regions of Ukraine; promoting awareness of scientists and entrepreneurs about the various stages and participants in the innovation process. Scope of research results. The obtained results can be used in further research to substantiate effective forms of interaction between the state, business and science, expanding the horizons of their impact on the development of innovation and investment activities of food industry, in developing recommendations for state, regional and local authorities, food industry enterprises.
