Abstract

This article presents the classification of infrastructure, defined by their types, functions, properties, state of development. Higher-quality and specific functional products are proved to attract contemporary consumers – allowing for the saturations of the marked with conventional goods. The specialties of food production are shown to pretend that the special production base is used and corresponding standards are observed. So food producers preferably select services of business incubators, which perform a social mission providing preferential termsfor rent ofwarehouses, industrial and office premises.The necessity of increasing the efficiency of business areas, the scientific, educational and legal infrastructure is proved to improve the efficiency of the innovation system.
