Abstract

Scientific sources analyzed in the article confirm that mutual action and influence issues of such spheres as food security of state, technical regulation, safety and quality of foods can be solved by means of proper involvement of technical regulation in forming of integral structure of food security of the state. It is shown, that technical requirements to the important indicators of food security are necessary to be laid down as specific partitions of national standards or specific standards on the features of food staffs intended for long term storage for forming the state reserve. For competent fulfillment of the above said tasks of technical regulation development of a normative document of the level of a national standard, or the level of standard of organization involved, is appropriate, these standards intended to be used by all the authors of the normative documents on food s and determination of the parameters of their safety and quality. An algorithm of laying down the principles of food security in normative documents of the level of a national standard or a standard of organization is developed by the authors and adduced in this article.
