Abstract

Development of production technology of meat-based products for babies’ alimentation,in particular canned meat that contain the necessary components in the optimal ratio, willcontribute to the healthy development of children in the early stages of their lives, when the list ofproducts recommended for consumption is essentially short. 37 recipes of balanced compositionof canned meat, used as complementary foods for babies were developed.
