Abstract

Methods for performing measurements of physical and chemical indicators of milk processing products are estimated and the results are given in the article. For the objects criteria are established to prove the correspondence of under investigation to metrological ones. Sequence of procedures and indicators of the accuracy of the methods used are established. The developed methods can be used for production quality control of raw materials and finished products.
