ACTUAL STATE AND PROSPECTS OF EXPORT ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT IN VINNYTSIA REGION

Abstract

The agro-industrial complex of the Vinnitsa region is one of the spheres of the economy that has become a basic branch, which, in fact, by increasing the export of products, kept the region's economy from weakening during the crisis and, in the near future, should ensure the formation of food security and, accordingly, the export potential for bringing the economy to a new level of development. Vinnitsa region has a strategically advantageous economic and geographical position. The tendency of foreign economic activity of Vinnitsa region has a stable, growing trend. During the last years, the regional enterprises substantially expanded foreign trade relations with economic entities from other countries. Foreign trade operations with goods are carried out with partners from more than 130 countries of the world. Significant potential of the agricultural, food, light and wood industries potentially creates good prospects for export development. But realization of the export potential of the region depends, among other things, on the active position of the region's businesses, as well as the effectiveness and consistency of efforts of local authorities aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in general and exports in particular.
