Abstract

The starch-molasses industry development, perspective directions creation new types products and ensuring the complexity processing starch raw materials is considered. The starch products role in the food, pharmaceutical and paper industries is shown. It is noted, that one of the promising directions is the creation a series modified starches. That starch mixing with powders derived from plant raw materials, will improve  nutritional value of food products.
