Complaints handling

The editorial board of the collection will respond promptly to complaints, examining each individual case according to its nature and complexity. The decision will take into account recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Suggestions or complaints should be sent to iprinform@ukr.net.

Complaints should be brief, specific, and contain sufficient information to demonstrate a possible violation of publication ethics.

Notifications will be reviewed within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, additional time may be required to complete the investigation.

Personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the editorial board of the collection will be responded to with a response outlining the reasons why the complaint was deemed to be outside the responsibility of the collection. Complaints submitted in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner will not be considered.
