About the Journal

The materials of the collection "Food Resources" are devoted to solving the actual theoretical and practical problems of the development of the food industry and the processing of agricultural raw materials amid market transformations. In the articles of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, socio-economic, structural, innovative-technological and ecological aspects of the food industry are studied and summarized, measures are proposed to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of food production, improve scientific, technical and financial support for the development of the food and processing industry in Ukraine and abroad.

The collection is intended for scientists, specialists, representatives of specialized educational institutions, and all interested persons.

The collection "Food Resources" is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine within the cluster "Industrial and Construction Technologies, Logistics, Transport" (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 11.06.2026 No. 928) with the assignment of category "B".
