FOOD RESOURCES –

The collection “Food Resources” is published to publicize the results of scientific research related to food technologies and covering topics such as innovation and improvement of processing technologies for agricultural food raw materials, production of foods, their safety and quality, food engineering and process automation, preserving and storage technologies, as well as norms and technical regulation in the food industry. The publication of the collection “Food Resources” is aimed at promoting scientific and technological progress and the development of scientific knowledge in the food industry, improving the level of professional level of scientists, academic staff, and applicants for education in specialized educational institutions, as well as engineering and technical personnel of enterprises in the processing and food industries.

The collection “Food Resources” is published biannually, featuring research articles by Ukrainian and international authors. Its work is reflected in national and international databases and other information resources. Publications in the collection “Food Resources” are original research articles and review articles that analyze the current state of scientific research, identify new trends, and propose future directions for the development of food science and technical and technological support for the food industry. Manuscripts submitted for publication, written in Ukrainian or English, must be the result of research, study, and analysis of the state of scientific research in accordance with the scope of the collection “Food Resources,” reflecting the scientific, technical and technological problems of the food industry. The publication of the collection “Food Resources” is directed and supervised by the Academic Council of the Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Methodological and ongoing issues of publication activities are supervised by the editorial board, which includes leading scientists from Ukraine and abroad.

The collection is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which the results of dissertation papers for obtaining the scientific degrees of the doctor and the candidate of sciences may be published: on technical sciences approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 17.03.2020 № 409.
